We are a modern E-Commerce division responsible for the international web presence of seven brands within the IONOS Group, making it one of our most important sales channels. We work in agile, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams, as well as in combination with agile project management for larger, complex initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a product area of our websites and online shops and/or for a brand of the IONOS Group, together with cross-functional experts.
As the person responsible for the conversion rate, you will continuously analyze and interpret user flows on the portal and in the checkout funnel.
You will conduct ongoing success monitoring of the most important website and online shop KPIs and provide reports for management.
You will create and prioritize your backlog with improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and market insights, and coordinate this with stakeholders.
Conduct methodical analyses, such as market and competitive reviews, to identify user needs, trends, and opportunities for further development.
You understand how to translate complex user and business requirements from various stakeholders in the company into seamless workflows and concept ideas.
Close collaboration in cross-functional teams and coordination with all relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).
You are familiar with current UX design trends and are interested in innovative concepts. You know how to communicate and advocate for new ideas and concepts within the team and with our stakeholders.

Requirements

You are a passionate Product Owner who knows what they want. The needs of our users drive you. The foundation of your success is a successful degree or comparable education.
The advantages and disadvantages of classical and agile methodologies are known to you from several years of practical experience, ideally in the field of software development.
You bring the right mix of creativity and entrepreneurial acumen.
You are characterized by analytical thinking, a lot of initiative, commitment, courage, and a structured but also pragmatic approach.
You are proficient in stakeholder management and in creating epics and user stories, and in being responsible for and prioritizing the product backlog.
You develop the product vision together with the stakeholders and bring it to life.
You have a passion for digital innovation and a keen interest in new technologies and trends.
The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. Personally, you are characterized by quality awareness, performance readiness, and initiative.
You enjoy technical topics and digital products.
Handling tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Atlassian JIRA, or Confluence is no problem for you.
Very good German and English language skills in word and writing.
