The Client
Our client is the most prestigious consulting firm with genius in design and strategy. They have delivered many fabulous design projects to global top brands in retail, consumer products, automotive, finance and other industries, which has driven business innovation and transformation to many companies.
The Role
- Work with a global team of designers, technologists and strategists through an engagement.
- Manage product and service innovation programs from inception through completion, and are responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring delivery.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle including hands-on details.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage product and service innovation programs.
- Collaborate with a global team of designers, technologists, and strategists.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
- Manage client expectations and deliver on project commitments.
Requirements
- Rich experience in a client-facing innovation, design, technology, or strategy consulting firm.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Superior communication skills.
- Experienced with digital transformation and/or leading product & service development.
- Bilingual in both Chinese and English.
