The Client

The Role
- Work with a global team of designers, technologists and strategists through an engagement.
- Manage product and service innovation programs from inception through completion, and are responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring delivery.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle including hands-on details.

- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle all aspects of the project life cycle, including hands-on details.
Requirements
- Rich experience in a client-facing innovation, design, technology, or strategy consulting firm.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Superior communication skills.
- Experience with digital transformation and/or leading product & service development.
- Bilingual in both Chinese and English.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: ¥400,000 per year.
- Permanent position.
- Location: Shanghai, China.
