About the Position

Senior Project Manager

At Adform's Project Management Office (PMO), we lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that shape the company's future. Our team delivers complex projects and programs across product development, commercial initiatives, and internal transformation. We own Adform's crisis management framework and support the leadership team in coordinating responses during critical situations. We also drive the continuous development of project management practices across the organization by maintaining our project management excellence center and supporting aspiring project managers through training and mentoring.

• Scope, plan, and execute top-priority projects of medium-to-high complexity across Adform’s business
• Drive a diverse portfolio of projects, including software development, commercial initiatives, leading large organizational changes, and implementing new business systems
• Work closely with Project Sponsors and Adform’s Leadership to ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed goals and benefits
• Build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize project performance data to ensure smooth project execution and strong control
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Partner with the PMO and Senior Leadership to continuously improve Adform's project management framework and other key internal frameworks and processes
• Support Adformers from various sides of the business by providing mentorship and training on project management best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional project management experience
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Proven delivery of large, complex, cross-functional projects
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop high-performing teams
• Sound judgment and confidence in making decisions, even in complex, fast-paced, or ambiguous situations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• PMP® or equivalent certification
• Experience with business system implementation projects
