Senior Project Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Nscale, a vertically integrated AI cloud engineered for AI. Our Strategic Project Management team ensures our datacenter and manufacturing programs run at hyperscale speed. If you thrive on structure, follow-through, and keeping complex programs on track, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Own integrated schedule tracking, action logs, and task management across all active programs.
• Prepare briefing materials, pre-reads, and agendas for executive forums.
• Maintain the KPI tracking system to provide real-time performance insights.
• Surface risks and blockers early and ensure commitments are tracked and fulfilled.

Requirements

• 6+ years in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination within infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with project and task management tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting executive communications and briefing preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with KPI data and SLA metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting datacenter, construction, manufacturing, or AI infrastructure programs.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $160,000 USD
