Senior Project Manager - Automotive (f/m/x)

About the Company
In our B2B Business & Remarketing unit, we are revolutionizing car sales for B2B customers, offering car traders, dealers, and corporates the fastest and most effective way to digitally market vehicles across Europe.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will co-lead projects and identify new opportunities regarding the overall strategy of AUTO1.com across Europe. You will advance our platform performance and growth further. Be part of a small, international team and work with cross-divisional stakeholders and our VP Remarketing Europe.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of AUTO1.com
- Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team
- Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics
- Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, and drive projects from their design to release
- Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth
- Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start-up, or management consulting firm
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German, as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
