About the Position

Join Rulemapping as a (Senior) Project Manager (d/w/m) - Customer Implementation in Berlin, managing digital law projects from start to operation.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing the customer relationship end-to-end, from contract signing to the ongoing operation of the Rulemapping solution.
• Project Leadership: You will proactively and goal-orientedly lead projects, taking on project controlling and managing interdisciplinary project teams consisting of Automation Engineers and our subject matter experts for legal rule sets.
• Solution Development: Together, you will design customer-specific solutions on our No-Code platform, from conception through implementation to acceptance and training. This includes the initial configuration of UI, forms, API integrations, AI modules, files, actions, deadlines, and tests.
• Process Improvement: You will actively contribute to the setup and implementation of processes within the Delivery Team, defining and analyzing KPIs, and using customer and usage feedback for the continuous improvement of our services.
• Technical Coordination: For technical questions, you will closely coordinate with Product & Tech and support Business Development & Sales in preparing sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on tech, digital topics, public sector, or in the implementation of complex SaaS projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and moderation skills across hierarchical levels, including C-Level.
  • Process-oriented and KPI-driven work, with a willingness to get hands-on and take on responsibility.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach, even with technically challenging problems.
• Education: A completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
• Languages: Very good German (C2) and English skills (at least C1).
