About the Position

Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PSO DACH team in München. As a key player, you will lead technical projects in our core areas of search, AI, and document intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Management of technical projects in our core areas: search, AI, and document intelligence
• Project takeover from sales and execution of the discovery phase with the customer, including kick-off, requirement refinement, and milestone planning
• Coordination of the installation, configuration, and commissioning of our products by our project engineers
• Regular Reporting on project progress, as well as controlling costs, deadlines, and quality
• Continuous Requirement Coordination with the customer, refinement with project engineers, and development of customer-specific solutions together with product development
• Planning and Conducting training for administrators and end users
• Support of the productive operation, as well as consulting our customers on the extended use of our products

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, as our customers are predominantly German-speaking and some of our teams are English-speaking
• Extensive experience in project management, a project management certification (e.g., SCRUM, GPM, or IPMA) is advantageous
• Basic understanding of Java development projects, IT infrastructure, and the integration of enterprise systems
• We appreciate organizational talent, confident demeanor, as well as customer orientation and communication skills
• It would be great if you have knowledge of scalable enterprise applications with SOA, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), or initial experience in enterprise search (e.g., OpenSearch or Elastic), content analytics, natural language processing, or AI
