Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage the implementation of challenging customer projects across various organizations using agile methodologies and hybrid-agile approaches.
- Lead full cycle project delivery for complex enterprise-level SaaS software.
- Manage large technical and digital transformation programs.
- Develop project objectives by identifying requirements and barriers, including cost, time, scope, and resources.
- Lead resolutions of customer or team problems related to their discipline/project.
- Proactively identify problems that challenge our scale or business or customer direction.
- Effectively communicate and support changes to adapt to challenges by taking accountability for the project’s success.
- Ensure the project is compliant with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements while suggesting and coordinating system improvements.
- Provide overall leadership to team leads and project staff both intra- and inter-company.
- Advocate for Dotmatics’ interests by working closely with Services Consultants, Developers, Product Management, Leadership, Legal, Sales, and other Customer Operations functions ensuring overall success of the project(s).
- Prepare and present internal and external executive briefings, including recommendations for executive action.
- Manage project expenditures, both capital and expense, and partner with finance to ensure timely and accurate service invoicing for projects.
- Lead the creation of proposals and estimates for Service Delivery projects from project extensions with existing customers to working on new proposals with Sales and Pre-Sales.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS Enterprise implementation/delivery projects.
- Project Management Certification such as PMP.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Experience in successfully setting up agile project deliveries.
- Experience managing SaaS configuration projects throughout their lifecycle.

- Scrum Events: Organizing and facilitating scrum events in the capacity of Scrum Master.
- Leading Projects: Managing the delivery of SaaS enterprise configuration projects that may have significant risks.
- Managing Stakeholders: Engaging with senior stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
- Building Teams: Motivating, managing, and developing teams of globally dispersed people, consultants, and organizations in a virtual setting.
- Change Management: Advising, coaching, and supporting customers through organizational change initiatives to aid software adoption and uptake.
- Ensuring Quality: Ensuring that projects meet quality, schedule, and financial goals, and align with Company OKRs (Organizational Key Results).
- Managing Risk: Identifying and managing obstacles and risks, and developing contingency plans.
- Resolution Management: Leading issues to resolution that have broad business impacts, providing executive teams with strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Improving Delivery: Continuously improving the delivery process and team performance.
- Managing Costs: Managing multi-million dollar program expenditures, both capital and expense, and partnering with finance to ensure timely and accurate service invoicing for projects, while ensuring alignment with company OKRs and financial targets.
- Managing Contracts: Leading the creation of proposals and estimates for Service Delivery projects from project extensions with existing customers to working on new proposals with Sales and Pre-Sales.
