Our Managed Technology division supports some of the largest sports, entertainment, and corporate events worldwide with innovative communication, audio, video, and network solutions. Whether it's Formula 1, international tournaments, festivals, or complex multi-venue events – we create the technical foundation for extraordinary live experiences.

Responsibilities

• You plan, organize, and manage national and international live event projects from the proposal phase to successful execution.
• You coordinate materials, personnel, logistics, and technical resources across multiple venues.
• You work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and our international clients.
• You are responsible for budget, scheduling, and economic control of your projects.
• You lead on-site project teams and coordinate external service providers and partners.
• You identify project risks early and develop practical solutions.
• You ensure smooth execution of all project phases and guarantee the highest customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for reporting, recalculation, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training or degree in event technology, event management, media technology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in project management of complex live events, large-scale events, or tour productions.
• Experience in managing international projects with multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of audio, video, communication, or network technology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and a professional demeanor towards clients.
• Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility, and a structured working style.
• Willingness for regular office presence in Wuppertal and international travel.
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of Easyjob, Vectorworks, or comparable planning tools is advantageous.
