Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT implementation projects in an e-commerce environment from planning through go-live and early operations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external implementation partners
• Adapt your project approach depending on whether customers are onboarded directly by our team or through one of our partner agencies
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates proactively, and maintain clear project documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvements of project delivery processes and ways of working

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex IT or e-commerce implementation projects
• Project Management Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall
• Skills: Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks independently
• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills and experience working with clients, product teams, and external partners
• Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana
• Languages: Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent German and English
• Working Style: Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with a high level of ownership

• Experience with SaaS implementation or onboarding projects
• Experience in e-commerce or retail
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.org
