Senior Project Manager - Retail Banking Refurbish Program

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Retail Banking Refurbish Program to manage commercial real estate projects and achieve strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project.
• Define the project delivery resources and conduct complex requests for proposals.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and coordinated timeline.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new methods for accomplishing objectives.
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans.
• Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior EV charging experience required. Financial services client experience is desirable.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience in PMWeb or other web-based project management software preferred.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
