About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in electrical transformer substations to join our team in Iasi, Romania.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of electrical transformer substation projects in all phases (tendering, design, execution)
- Supervision of technical teams and management of relationships with clients and partners
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards
- Close collaboration with internal teams: design, procurement, logistics, and execution
Requirements
- Completed higher education in electrical/energy engineering
- Relevant experience of at least 4–5 years in coordinating complex technical projects, especially in the development and implementation of electrical transformer substations
- Strong skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and in handling relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Advanced knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the energy sector
