Senior Project Manager - Substation and Transmission

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Substation and Transmission to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. In this role, you will manage diverse projects within the electric grid space, including both innovative and proven technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communities.
• Own a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologies.
• Actively promote the safety culture.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services work.
• Lead project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects.
• Manage schedule, budget, and scope of services projects.
• Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience including high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage substations.
• Experience in multiple phases of project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
• PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license.
