Senior Project Manager with Spanish Language (f/m/x)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with Spanish Language skills to lead a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting our IT team in Spain. In this role, you will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and other functions involved in the project. Your expertise in managing migration projects and collaborating with global and local teams will be crucial for success. This position is remote, allowing you to work flexibly while driving impactful changes across regions. Responsibilities

• Leading the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective
• Managing and aligning global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions
• Driving standardization and harmonization of all markets towards one global solution and operating model
• Coordinating the rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version
• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Ensuring successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT migration projects
• Deep expertise in using IT tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in aligning priorities and objectives across global and local teams
• Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication with stakeholders in Spain
• Advanced level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in DCX or large-scale transformation projects
