About the Position
Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek
We are seeking an experienced Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek to join our team at TMC in Zwolle, Nederland. You will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects, managing teams, and driving innovation. This role involves overseeing projects from tendering and design to execution and delivery, ensuring quality, safety, planning, and budget adherence. You will also focus on building relationships with clients and partners, expanding your network, and identifying opportunities for new work.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects from tendering and design to execution and delivery.
- Manage and coach project leaders, work preparers, and executors.
- Monitor quality, safety, planning, and finances.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and project partners.
- Expand your network and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other technical disciplines.
- Contribute to the growth and development of regional activities.
Requirements
- Technical education at HBO level, preferably in civil engineering or a similar field.
- Several years of experience as a project leader in civil engineering or infrastructure, preferably in the water sector.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Commercial insight and enjoyment in building relationships and seizing opportunities.
- Ability to maintain oversight over technical, planning, and financial aspects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

- A permanent employment contract with a salary between €5500 and €8500 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
