About the Position

Stelltec is growing! With a strong demand for our consultants, we are recruiting several project managers in 2026. Primarily, we are looking for project managers with technical expertise who can deliver IT projects across various industries. Key requirements include your ability to manage end-to-end projects independently, with experience in areas such as business systems, e-commerce, or master data management. Stelltec seeks candidates who can not only deliver technical projects or work in agile delivery environments but also contribute to our growth and culture!

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, particularly handling projects independently, typically with teams of 15-20 people.
• Drive projects from initiation to completion, focusing on solution design, procurement, development, implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Key technical areas include business systems, e-commerce, master data (PIM/PCM), and digital content (CMS). Experience in multiple areas is viewed positively.
• Create project plans, manage estimates, handle vendor and system integrator relationships, and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders at the steering committee level.
• Deliver complex projects with an emphasis on taking projects live and demonstrating tangible business results.
• Experience in consulting environments, with the ability to work across different project types and technical landscapes.
• Strong communication skills are essential, especially when reporting complex project details to senior management.
