About the Position

1KOMMA5° is seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for New Energy large-scale projects in the southern region of Germany, focusing on commercial, industrial, and public solutions. Join our team to contribute to the development of scalable New Energy infrastructures, from photovoltaic systems to energy management and portfolio-wide control.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Project Management: Oversee the entire process of EPC projects in the commercial New Energy sector, from contract signing to successful handover.
• Customer Support: Act as a central point of contact and reliable companion for our clients throughout the entire project duration.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and manage all internal and external stakeholders, from sales to grid operators, across multiple projects.
• Project Control: Structure and manage project status, risks, timelines, and escalations to ensure a stable project flow.
• Process Improvement: Actively develop and refine commercial project management structures, processes, and standards in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management of complex projects, ideally in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in managing demanding client projects and handling escalations and risks professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure and calm in dynamic situations.
• Structured, self-directed work style combined with proficiency in modern project management tools.
• Fluent German (C-level) and good English language skills for seamless communication.
