Responsibilities

• You will independently manage innovative commercial properties for our national and international clients
• You will be the central contact for our clients for the properties you manage
• You will coordinate our internal interfaces, such as technical property management and accounting, and manage the deployment of external technical service providers
• You will initiate and oversee initial and subsequent leases and fully handle lease contract management, thereby promoting tenant retention
• You will manage property budgets and prepare reports
• You will look beyond the immediate scope and develop and implement revenue and cost optimization measures for sustainable value preservation and enhancement of the properties you manage

Requirements

• Professional experience in commercial property management
• Successfully completed real estate-specific training or relevant degree
• Independent and solution-oriented thinking and action, structured working method
• Customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Very good German and MS Office skills, good English skills
