About the Position

Buena is building the technology that powers the real estate industry. We make every part of the real estate economy as seamless and transparent as possible, from finding to financing to managing.

We take over property management companies across Germany and transform them into technology companies. In the last three years, with fewer than 30 people in our HQ, we have become Germany's second-largest property manager.

About the Role

You know the daily routine of a property management company and know how to bring order when processes are stuck, tasks are left undone, or responsibilities are unclear.

That's where you come in at Buena. Every month, we take over new property management companies, and you transform them into the Buena operation. Your base is our office in Berlin, and your assignments take place in our management companies across Germany. Your success is reflected in functioning processes and teams that work better with the Buena App than before.

Responsibilities

• You work in the day-to-day operations of our management companies, identify bottlenecks early, and eliminate backlogs. Before and after the switch to the Buena App.
• You create clear responsibilities and processes with the teams that will last even after your assignment.
• You know our software inside out and train the teams on their specific tasks.
• You bring your experiences from daily management back to the product team. What you see on-site makes our app better.

Requirements

• You bring several years of practical experience in property management and can independently manage daily operations.
• You quickly recognize problems, set priorities, and get involved yourself.
• You communicate clearly, quickly build trust, and win people over for new ways of working.
• You are tech-savvy. You learn new software quickly and explain it in a way that makes it easier for others to work.
• You are willing to work regularly on-site at our management companies across Germany, sometimes for several days in a row.
• You speak fluent German.
