Responsibilities
- As a Senior Prozessintegrator MEMS, you will support the development of an innovative technology platform. You will coordinate experiments within a team of individual process developers and independently evaluate the results.
- You will deliver the corresponding requirements such as process window analysis and stability investigations to ensure future production.
- You will examine and implement new processes and complex procedures to increase yield and quality while considering costs.
- You will support the introduction of complex technology processes and manage them in production.
- In collaboration with our development and production departments, you will define the boundary conditions of new process flows.
- Additionally, you will assess the risk of adapting existing processes to new systems.
Requirements
Education: Completed university degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Physics) or engineering degree with a corresponding focus
Experience and Know-how: Several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related institutes, preferably in the field of integration of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes, very good knowledge of MS Office applications, experience in statistical experimental design, knowledge of change management techniques, and formal error analysis
Personality: High self-motivation, independent, results and quality-oriented, good conflict and problem-solving orientation, ability to precisely and understandably convey complex relationships
Languages: Good knowledge of German and English
