In this role, you will be the end-to-end design authority for delivering PSD3, PSR and FIDA (Open Finance) compliance solutions. Acting as a hands-on architect and technical leader, you will ensure the bank delivers secure, resilient, regulator-ready architectures aligned with EU regulations and enterprise standards. This is a strategic opportunity to influence business, regulatory and technology decisions in a high-visibility program that drives compliance by design.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture for PSR / FIDA compliance initiatives
- Translate PSD3, PSR and FIDA regulatory requirements into implementable architectural designs
- Produce and review key artifacts, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and sequence diagrams
- Lead technical decision-making and ensure alignment with other projects and enterprise standards
- Act as the single point of technical accountability for the compliance program
- Embed “compliance by design” principles across all solution architectures
- Engage with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and regulatory alignment
- Serve as a visible technical leader across program workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business, risk, and technology domains to accelerate delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Architect in large-scale banking transformation or regulatory compliance initiatives
- Expertise in interpreting and implementing PSD3, PSR, and Open Finance / FIDA regulations into solution designs
- Strong architecture design skills, including HLD, LLD and sequence diagram creation
- Familiarity with modern banking integration patterns and API standards
- Practical knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes / OCP-based platforms and event-driven architecture
- Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, regulators and auditors
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on architect approach, with ability to dive deep into technical details when required
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Berlin Group and OBIE standards
- Knowledge of consent management platforms and secure data-sharing models
- Background in security and compliance oversight for financial services
- Experience dealing with regulators (Central Bank, European Banking Authority) and audit/assurance processes
We Offer
- Hybrid work location in Poland
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge compliance solutions
- Be part of a strategic program driving compliance by design
