Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with at least 5 years of experience in Django and Python to join our Swedish team. The role focuses on enhancing UX/UI for a golf app, aiming to build Sweden's easiest golf app packed with smart functionality.
About the Customer
The client is a Swedish company that creates graphic course presentations for golf clubs. They currently have over 220 connected golf courses in Sweden and a smaller number in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain, and Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Develop a new tournament web tool for golf players.
- Create a good interface to set up competitions, handle payments and refunds (using RevenueCat for subscriptions).
- Allow golf clubs to manage the competitions set up for them.
- Ensure internal systems are user-friendly for the staff.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with Python and Django.
- Previous experience with Sanity CMS.
- Proficiency in AWS, Cloudflare, and GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Sentry or similar error management systems.
- Focus on UX and UI with Figma experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Flutter.
- Ability to release apps for both Android and iOS.
