Senior Python Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our digital technology team in Bucharest. You will assist our client's team in defining, developing, and extending the architecture of front-end client solutions to support our brand websites. Your expertise in front-end web development utilizing Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular will help us optimize and enhance our web capabilities and serve our client's needs more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Share your best practices and coding knowledge to enhance existing processes and technologies, improve documentation, maximize learning on the team, and encourage process optimization.
• Design software solutions: Interact with managers and peers to understand requirements and design solutions that align with the client's technology biases, deliver efficiency and scalability, and enable new trading activities.
• Develop solutions: Create solutions that meet the client's needs and provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must have
  • 7+ years of proven IT experience
  • Hands-on Python experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of OOP and OOD
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
  • Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, PyMongo, Docker, Linux, and shell scripting
• Nice to have
  • Experience with Azure and Azure CLI
  • Experience working in MongoDB or other No-SQL DBs
  • Knowledge of Angular
  • MyPy experience
