Senior Python Developer

About the Position

As a Senior Python Developer at TMC, you will design, develop, and maintain Python applications for embedded systems, ensuring that software solutions meet performance and reliability needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for embedded systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software within hardware environments.
• Develop unit tests, automated testing suites, and in-system tests.
• Document software architecture, code, and testing results.
• Analyze and resolve software bugs, continuously improving code.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development, with at least 3 years focused on embedded software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and experience in embedded development.
• Familiarity with C/C++ and strong understanding of hardware-software interaction.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch proficiency is a plus).
