Your tasks:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications and systems.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect scalable and robust solutions, optimizing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python development, with a strong command of language features and libraries.
• Proven track record of leading projects from conception to delivery in a senior or lead role.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in web frameworks like Django or Flask, including RESTful API development.
• Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD automation and infrastructure as code.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
