Responsibilities

• Build automation for our Operations teams (IT, Support, Finance, HR), including nightly data pipelines from our payment dashboard APIs, production databases, Grafana, and other internal systems into ClickHouse. Develop calculated views and reports for operational metrics, support performance, settlement calendars, rolling reserves, chargeback reconciliation, merchant analytics, and business KPIs.
• Develop and enhance our Telegram bot, including daily balance summaries, exception alerts, payment approval workflows, and batch confirmation processes.
• Integrate internal and external systems, including the payment processing dashboard, Gmail, Telegram Bot API, exchange and banking APIs (e.g., Bybit), and on-chain wallet balance monitoring.
• Use Claude and other LLMs as production tools to build AI-powered workflows, including report generation, natural language interfaces for production data, document and invoice processing, and internal AI agents that automate manual processes.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, CTO, and Finance team. Translate documented SOPs and business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience (Python or Node.js) with solid SQL skills. Experience with ClickHouse or another analytical database is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs in production (Claude API, OpenAI API), including prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, and building AI agents or automation. Ability to demonstrate real projects or production implementations is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, Telegram Bot API, and building scheduled jobs or ETL pipelines.
• Understanding of financial workflows such as settlements, reconciliation, and foreign exchange (FX). Experience in fintech or payments is a plus.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently: able to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, proactively clarify requirements, and communicate progress when needed.
• Upper Intermediate business English – oral and written.
