About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing backend services for AI-driven workflows and LLM-powered systems. This role is ideal for an experienced Python engineer who is confident working with modern infrastructure and collaborating with a senior-level engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python-based MCP services and integrations.
- Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI or FastMCP.
- Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in improving system performance, stability, and maintainability.
- Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.
Requirements
- English level B2 or higher for effective technical communication.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Solid experience with MCP and prompting concepts.
- Proven backend engineering experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs and backend services.
- Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Kubernetes.
- Understanding of embeddings and evaluation (evals) workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation.
- Experience working with AI-driven or LLM-based systems.
- Experience with production-grade infrastructure and scalable services.
