Senior Python Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic, with the option to work remotely. The role involves designing and developing a cutting-edge mobile application for the Football team to enhance fan engagement, optimize monetization, and deliver seamless stadium and remote experiences. This app aims to be an industry leader in technical capability and user interaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a cutting-edge mobile application for football fans
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities using APIs like OpenAI and Hugging Face
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI or Flask, and Node.js
• Handle data using RESTful APIs, JSON, and async data flows
• Design and manage databases using SQL/NoSQL
• Deploy applications using Docker and Azure
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure security with OAuth2, JWT, and data privacy best practices

Requirements

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI or Flask, Node.js (optional)
• AI/ML Integration: Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar APIs
• Data Handling: Strong with RESTful APIs, JSON, async data flows, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Infra/DevOps: Docker, cloud deployment (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipeline build
• Security: Authentication (OAuth2, JWT), data privacy best practices
