About the Position

A strong software engineer proficient in FastAPI!

We're seeking a Senior Python Engineer proficient in FastAPI and AI/ML integration to join our remote team in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services
• Integrate AI/ML solutions using APIs like OpenAI and Hugging Face
• Handle data with RESTful APIs, JSON, async data flows, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Manage infrastructure and deployment using Docker, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure security with OAuth2, JWT, and data privacy best practices

Requirements

• Languages & Frameworks:
  • Python
  • FastAPI or Flask
  • Node.js (optional)
• AI/ML Integration:
  • Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar APIs
• Data Handling:
  • Strong with RESTful APIs, JSON, async data flows, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Infra/DevOps:
  • Docker
  • Cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
  • CI/CD pipeline build
• Security:
  • Authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
  • Data privacy best practices

Working Conditions

• Overlap needed: Yes! US time zone (15/16–23/24 CET)
• Location: Remote, Europe
