About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Python Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Poland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities

Software baseline validation
- Execute the basic regression test on the software baseline
- Quality check of the project deliverables
- Contribute to requirement reviews with respect to testability
- Review project input documents (project test report, process conformance)
- Provide a quality verdict of the delivered software; accept/reject deliverables

Alpha testing
- Execute alpha tests
- Report issues
- Write test reports, submit issue tickets

Process improvement
- Suggest process/tooling improvements where necessary
- Test automation
- Test system maintenance
- Ensure the test systems are in a good state and solve issues where needed
Requirements

Must have
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- Over 5 years of experience as a Software Tester in a complex software development organization
- ISTQB certified (advanced level)
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium, and Linux
- Experience working with Jira, BitBucket, Git, and Polarion
- Experience with test automation, security testing, CI/CD pipelines, and integration of test processes across products
