About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Python Test Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing to join our team in Remote Romania.
Responsibilities

Software baseline validation
- Execute the basic regression test on the software baseline
- Quality check of the project deliverables
- Contribute to requirement reviews with respect to testability
- Review project input documents (project test report, process conformance)
- Provide a quality verdict of the delivered software; accept/reject deliverables

Alpha testing
- Execute alpha tests
- Report issues
- Write test reports, submit issue tickets

Process improvement
- Suggest process/tooling improvements where necessary
- Test automation
- Test system maintenance
- Ensure the test systems are in a good state and solve issues where needed
Requirements

Must have
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Tester in a complex software development organization.
- ISTQB certified (advanced level).
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium, and Linux.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, integration of test processes across products, test automation, and security testing.
- Experience working with Jira, BitBucket, Git, and Polarion.
- Strong debugging and analytic skills.
- Experienced in defect analysis and bug fixing.
