Senior Python/ML Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the team responsible for developing web business systems.

The candidate will work in a medium-sized team and collaborate with diverse skill sets to perform ongoing development and maintenance and ensure regular communication with client managers and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based web applications
• Address deployment issues and ensure smooth functioning of web systems
• Participate in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project progress and provide updates
• Contribute to the overall design and architecture of GenAI solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements

• Proficiency with Python
• Gen-AI background - experience with LLM, RAG (retrieval augmented generation), prompt engineering
• Exposure to Lang chain / Vector DB / AI Agent
• Understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, Typescript, experience with React
• Experience in working with deployment issues in web applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a medium-sized team with diverse skillsets
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
