About the Position

Open Position: Senior QA Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45241

Responsibilities

• Implement model-based testing approach to functional testing of the complex financial platform.
• Develop automatic test scenarios generation using Python and highly specialized testing tools.
• Establish test design strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage of requirements automated for the end-to-end testing process, including test execution, post-run validation, and artifact collection.
• Collaborate with development teams to fix issues and actively contribute to improving overall quality control procedures.
• Mentor and train junior QA analysts and lead testing efforts on complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in Software Q&A or related occupation.
• Core Skills:
  • 5 years of experience with programming languages, databases, networks, and assistive technologies such as Python, Pandas, SQL, Bash, Kubernetes, Docker, and Git.
  • 5 years of experience using advanced testing tools and test automation tools.
  • 5 years of experience building and optimizing CI/DC pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • 5 years of experience working with GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
  • 5 years of experience implementing robust automation strategies to enhance software delivery speed, reliability, and security.
  • 5 years of experience working with financial markets trading systems and clearing and settlement platforms, including financial protocols such as FIX/SWIFT/ISO.

Salary

• $105,165 - $115,165 per year
