Senior QA Automation Engineer (JS)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (JS) to join our System Integrations QA team, focusing on API and system integration testing. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of a QA automation solution from the ground up, aiming to establish a Gold Standard QA Automation Framework that can serve as a benchmark for other teams and units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for system integrations and APIs
• Collaborate with the Head of Integrations to establish and promote best practices in QA automation
• Work closely with existing QA and AQA teams providing mentorship and sharing expertise
• Build automation solutions from scratch and educate team members on modern QA concepts and methodologies
• Perform manual testing when required to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality
• Introduce and leverage AI technologies as part of modern QA ways of working enhancing automation and testing efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer ideally in system integrations and API testing
• Proficiency in Playwright JS and TypeScript
• Familiarity with AI native ways of working (Engineering SDLC etc.)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks tools and best practices
• Capability to work independently and make a significant impact within a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language is a plus)
• Background in manual testing is preferred
• Expertise in AI-driven QA solutions
