We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong Python and Robot Framework experience to join our team in Europe, focusing on test automation and product quality. The role is automation-heavy (≈85%), with some manual testing required (≈15%).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for new features
  • Verify production readiness and support regression testing
  • Implement and improve test automation best practices
  • Maintain BDD and end-to-end test scenarios
  • Defect identification, reproduction, reporting, and follow-up
  • Manual testing when automation uncovers issues
  • Provide clear reporting on test results, defects, and test strategy
  • Contribute to improving functionality, design, and usability
  • Document QA processes for reuse across projects
  • Proactively communicate blockers and propose improvements

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong experience as QA Automation Engineer / SDET
  • Python – must have
  • Robot Framework – must have
  • Selenium – must have
  • Azure DevOps testing services – must have
  • Experience with BDD and end-to-end testing
  • Cross-platform testing (web, mobile, browsers)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform code reviews
  • Excellent English communication skills
