Senior QA Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team at Beamery in London, UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of AI-generated job architecture outputs. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with our Data Science and Professional Services teams to review AI-generated data, identify issues, fix errors, and ensure each project is delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will:

• Review and improve AI-generated outputs:

  • Check AI-generated role profiles against our quality standards.
  • Spot and fix errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in the data.
  • Work with the Professional Services team to manage the QA stage of each project.
  • Review Beamery’s Taxonomies and ensure the accuracy of Skills, Tasks, and Role titles.
  • Use AI agentic tools like Claude to review the output and implement deterministic agentic flow.
  • Flag anything that needs a decision before sign-off and communicate changes clearly.

• Collaborate with Data Science:

  • Work on defining, implementing, and tracking QA metrics.
  • Keep a clear record of issues found during QA.
  • Help test pipeline updates between projects.
  • Turn QA findings into actionable recommendations for the team.

• Help build our QA processes:

  • Write and maintain documentation for our QA workflows.
  • Identify gaps in current quality checks and suggest improvements.
  • Help shape our quality standards as the product and customer needs evolve.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • 3+ years in QA, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • 1+ years using Agentic tools for QA.
  • Basic knowledge in Agentic technologies.

• Skills:

  • A sharp eye for detail.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-generated content, NLP outputs, or taxonomy/classification systems.
• Interest in HR technology, talent management, or skills and roles.
• Experience defining quality metrics.
• Experience setting up processes or workflows from scratch.
