About the Position
Senior QA Engineer
Pronet Gaming is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. If you have 6-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, and a passion for delivering top-notch quality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and scenarios.
- Execute end-to-end, regression, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Perform both manual testing and some automation testing, interpreting results accurately.
- Record and track defects, collaborating with the development team for successful reproduction and resolution.
- Generate Quality Assurance reports and document testing activities.
- Create, update, and maintain necessary documentation, providing test metrics as required.
- Ensure the prevention of quality issues in projects.
- Collaborate with software and product developers to establish quality assurance parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience using automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
- Practical experience using Java programming language for QA automation purposes.
- Experience with SQL Databases.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle SQL, SOAP, Postman, Jira, TestRail, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative, and friendly team; an appreciation for cultural diversity.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
