Senior QA Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a product company developing modern software solutions for the fleet management and mobility industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of web, mobile, backend, and API products while owning the end-to-end QA process. This is an opportunity to help shape QA practices, improve testing processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete QA process from planning to release
• Create, maintain, and improve QA strategies and test plans
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across multiple platforms
• Test web applications, mobile applications, backend services, and APIs
• Design and execute regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory test suites
• Identify, report, verify, and track software defects
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams
• Continuously improve QA processes and introduce testing best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted testing workflows to improve testing efficiency and quality

Requirements

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in Software QA
• Strong experience with manual testing
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Qase
• Experience working with Jira
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience with backend testing
• Automation framework experience (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Appium or Flutter integration tests, pytest, REST API automation) and the judgment to know what’s worth automating
• Strong understanding of regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing
• Experience using AI-assisted testing tools and workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
