About the Position
We are looking for a Senior QA Lead for a client based in the USA. As a part of the team, you will help our client to build a QA Center of Excellence. Also, you will participate in international projects.
Responsibilities
- Defect management with system provider consultants, Process Manager, and Project Manager to ensure requirements and project objectives are met.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, searching for optimal solutions.
- Collaboration with team members, testing, and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals.
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting.
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience as a team manager.
- Experience in testing complex software systems.
- Experience testing web-based systems.
- Docker, CI/CD, and Linux experience.
- Experience in working in SCRUM (or other Agile).
- Experience in Test Automation, preferably Cypress.
- Understanding of Maven and Selenium.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 2+ years of experience in API testing.

- 40-52 000 PLN net + VAT per month on B2B.
- 35-45 000 PLN gross per month on FTE.
