We are looking for a Qlik Sense (On-Prem) Consultant

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a non-asset U.S. based global logistics provider that specializes in domestic transportation management, international freight forwarding, and retail consolidation solutions.

They provide customers with a multimodal technology platform that simplifies how customers, carriers, and agents interact with them. This robust tool will also help their customers manage activities deeper in their supply chains, offering a live bid board with a customizable dashboard, live tracking, order visibility, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards and applications
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, actionable visualizations
• Recommend dashboard structure, UX layout, and storytelling approach
• Build and maintain Qlik data models, including QVD layers and transformations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business logic
• Optimize dashboard performance and scalability
• Act as a subject matter expert for Qlik Sense capabilities
• Train and mentor internal teams transitioning from MicroStrategy
• Document development standards and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams
• Establish Qlik development best practices and standards

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development
• Proven ability to design dashboards from scratch
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and SQL
• Experience with enterprise BI environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

As a plus:

• Experience with MicroStrategy
