About the Position
Senior Quality Analyst
We are expanding the team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible and involved in the end-to-end software quality assurance processes including test planning, test case development, functional testing, non-functional testing, and regression testing covering both manual & automation testing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in testing strategy and processes, bringing automation in line with existing functional aspects of the test effort.
- Ensure that the software testing process is implemented so that application releases meet user requirements with reduced errors and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the development team to drive the continual improvement of product quality.
Requirements
Technical Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience with test automation
- Test automation scripting (e.g., Selenium, Robot, Python, JavaScript, Java, C# & Playwright)
- Experience in Manual testing (Functional Test, SIT and UAT)
- Experience in Web API or REST Services testing (e.g., Swagger, Ready API & Postman)
- Experience in test planning, writing test cases and functional testing
- Experience / Knowledge in building and maintaining test automation framework
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Attention to detail in test coverage
Technical Requirements (Good to Have)
- Experience with Web Applications Testing on browser, mobile & tablet.
- Experience in test management tools like Jira
- Experience in Database queries would be an advantage
- Advantage if you have working experience testing in a Scrum/Agile development environment
- Advantage if you have an ISTQB/ISEB certification or equivalent
- Working exposure in CI/CD pipeline
- Continuous improvement and optimization of existing codebase

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
