Senior Quality Architect

About the Position

We're seeking a Senior Quality Architect to handle both customer business objectives and technical responsibilities in AI/ML testing. This position suits individuals passionate about engineering solutions and technology innovation. Your duties will include planning comprehensive project infrastructure and design, determining product components, developing proofs of concept, engaging in pre-sales activities, providing client consultations, and auditing existing solutions to assess their performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale solutions with in-depth technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project requirements
• Build TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, and modular while adhering to industry best practices (SOLID principles, design patterns, etc.), enabling project teams to implement them effectively
• Develop and sustain TA frameworks, solutions, or shared formats that multiple projects and programs can leverage company-wide
• Establish and execute thorough test automation strategies, including roadmaps, tooling, frameworks, and methodologies
• Author and update documentation covering automation processes, workflows, and configurations
• Assess and choose optimal test automation tools for various applications
• Guide the definition, selection, and expansion of test automation architecture frameworks
• Track and communicate essential quality metrics (such as defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times) across manual, automated, and performance testing
• Supervise manual and automated testing efforts covering functional, integration, regression, and performance validation
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in testing processes, tools, and methods to support digital transformation
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits
• Determine project requirements and objectives needed to reach go-live status
• Participate actively in pre-sale efforts (proposals, RFPs, RFIs, demonstrations)
• Maintain direct communication with customers throughout solution architecture design and implementation phases

Requirements

• 15-19 years of IT industry experience
• Proficiency in GenAI tools, AI/ML system testing, LLMs, MCPs, RAG technologies, and Agent evaluation (DeepEval/Ragas)
• Solid background in at least one programming or scripting language, with preference for Java, C#.NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Awareness of current industry trends and best practices
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership capabilities in architecture-related engagements
