About the Role

As a Senior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations, and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud.

You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of ~15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work.

Responsibilities

You own the full journey from end to end. You sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then you design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimizing it once it's live.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins.
You're business savvy and a clear communicator, so you bridge the gap between tech and business by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

Personally

You have a strong analytical and technical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
You are eager to apply AI and build solutions to real business challenges
You are proactive, business savvy, and eager to make a tangible impact on the business
Communication is one of your strengths, you pride yourself on being able to explain complex ideas clearly.
You enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders.

Professionally

Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science, or another technical field
4+ years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English - written and spoken
Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
Located in the Brabant or Limburg area, you are excited to work in office (min 3x a week)
