About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who would like to become a part of the team that builds real solutions for real users and works with the latest technologies & frameworks. You will be eager to implement and improve automation processes in the company.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for qualified candidates
- Conducting initial interviews
- Supporting candidates during the whole recruitment and relocation process
- Managing ATS system
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment of software-developers
- Experience in finding people in other countries with the relocation option
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Upper-intermediate English skills
Nice to Have
- Headhunting experience

- 5-day working week from Monday to Friday
- Work from the office in Lisbon
