Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various company divisions.
• Lead a team of recruiters, set goals, monitor KPI performance, and support and develop team members.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, prepare reports for management, and analyze metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).

Requirements

• Education: Higher education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership recruitment role. Retail experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Team management
  • Analytics skills
• Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment standards
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to establish trusting relationships
• Language: English, Romanian
