About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience in the Poker industry for a remote role, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and niche technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for an international company
- Sourcing specialists primarily within the Poker industry
- Managing recruitment for the following functions: Anti-Fraud; Customer Support; Payments; VIP; Product
- Anti-Fraud
- Customer Support
- Payments
- VIP
- Product
- Recruiting both niche technical specialists and corporate roles (e.g., Accountants, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, etc.)
- Conducting continuous market research and expanding a professional network within the Poker industry
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
- Performing active direct search (headhunting) and engaging passive candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
- Contributing to the identification and development of target (donor) companies for talent sourcing
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Recruiter in the Poker industry or related companies
- Hands-on experience recruiting specialists for poker rooms
- An established professional network within the industry
- Proven experience in direct search and headhunting
- Ability to successfully recruit for both niche technical roles and general business positions
- Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership for delivering results
