About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter (Igaming) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Poker industry and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, headhunting, and building a network of professional contacts.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for an international company.
- Sourcing specialists primarily in the Poker industry.
- Closing vacancies in the following areas: Anti-Fraud, Customer Support, Payments, VIP, Product.
- Recruiting both specialized technical professionals and general corporate roles (e.g., accountants, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants).
- Continuous market monitoring and development of a professional network in the poker industry.
- Forming and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
- Active direct sourcing (headhunting) and working with passive candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Participating in the formation of a list of donor companies for sourcing necessary specialists.
Requirements
- Experience working as a recruiter in the Poker industry or related companies.
- Practical experience in recruiting for poker rooms.
- A professional network of contacts in the industry.
- Experience in direct candidate search (headhunting).
- Ability to close both specialized technical vacancies and general profile positions.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
- Independence and high level of organization.
- Ability to work without constant supervision.
- Proactivity and responsibility for the final result.
