Responsibilities

• Be highly organized and excel at working with both external candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Support interview scheduling across EMEA, APAC, and beyond (screens, interviews, and debriefs).
• Manage high volume requests that require handling complex calendars and multiple time zones, including coordinating any travel details and office tours for in-person interviews.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrive on the challenge of helping to build a team of exceptional people.
• Be a candidate experience champion and support employer branding events.
• Flexibility to support People team objectives, where required.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a recruiting coordinating role, or a scheduling-heavy role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable, resourceful, and bring a positive, customer-focused mindset to every interaction.
• A global mindset and experience in working with global teams is highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday and scheduling tools to track and monitor the recruitment process.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Excel, reporting, and tracking.

• Experience with additional scheduling tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
