Senior Referent Auslagerungs-/Third-Party-Management & Regulatorik (m/w/d)

Adam Riese GmbH, a driving force in the evolving insurance industry, is seeking a Senior Referent for Third-Party Management & Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Kornwestheim, Germany. With our interdisciplinary team of creative, analytical, and strategic minds, we develop digital products and processes, always putting the customer and their needs at the center. Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically oversee our outsourcing and third-party service provider portfolio.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of service providers – from selection and commissioning to termination of cooperation.
• Monitor service levels (SLAs), analyze deviations, and initiate appropriate measures.
• Conduct regular service provider and performance reviews and create informative reports for management.
• Participate in risk management, IKS, compliance, and data protection areas, and continuously develop processes and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of DORA and VAG.
• Serve as the central contact person for management, departments, and corporate interfaces, fostering a trusting collaboration.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 7 years or more).
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and convince with structured, pragmatic, and high-quality solutions.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex stakeholder environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, particularly DORA, VAG, risk management, compliance, and data protection.
• Project management skills and experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer are advantageous.
• Enjoy working across departments and value a cooperative partnership.
• Willingness to learn, open to feedback, and committed to a respectful team culture.
