About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager/CRM Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel. The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize retention opportunities within our global affiliate websites. This role involves planning and executing daily engagement and retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new CRM platform to ensure customer data meets company KPIs.
- Manage customers across different segments according to their retail behaviors.
- A/B test various email campaigns.
- Work closely with the CMO to develop a clear CRM strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Strong background in customer conversion, retention, and win-back strategies.
- Must be result-driven and analytical with solid Excel skills.
- Ability to create data insights and use them to develop actionable tasks/campaigns.
- Passion for marketing, user experience, and optimization.
